Angelina (Gugliemino) Pandolfo 97 of Middletown died on Saturday September 5,2015 at Middlesex Health Care Center. She was a beloved wife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Angelina was born in Middletown on December 14,1917, the daughter of the late Salvatore and Angelina (Castro) Gugliemino. Angelina was predeceased by her husband Salvatore Pandolfo. She was employed at the Goodyear Rubber Company and retired from EIS Manufacturing. She was known for her Italian cuisine and would always ask "what can I get you" as soon as you entered her home. Angie cherished the time she was able to spend with her family. Angie is survived by her daughter, Carmelina (Carmie) Chester and son-in-law Vincent of Middletown, and her son Salvatore Pandolfo and daughter-in-law Kathie of Natick, MA. Angie leaves four grandchildren: Vincent Chester and his wife Sue of Durham, Steven Chester and his wife Angela of Middletown, Michael Pandolfo and his wife Katie of Torrance, CA and Carla Uzzell and her husband Mark of Natick, MA as well as six great-grandchildren: Nicholas and Benjamin Chester, Jessica and Alison Uzzell, Luciana and Lucas Pandolfo. She was predeceased by a brother Andrew Gugliemino and sisters Minnie Pizzonia and Josephine Cartelli. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude for the compassionate and dedicated care extended to Angie by all her care-givers and staff at Middlesex Health Care Center. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 12 noon from the D'Angelo Funeral Home, 22 South Main St, , followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 at St. Sebastian Church, Burial will be in the family Plot in St. Sebastian Cemetery, Middlefield. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home Wednesday from 11-12 noon. In Lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to The Renovation Fund of St. Sebastian Church
