Cristina Catherine Congdon, Beloved daughter of Joseph A. Congdon Jr . and Catherine F. Moore passed away Wednesday , December 14 , 2016 .

She graduated from Grasso Technical High School in 2005 as a hairdresser. She graduated from Porter and Chester in Rocky Hill, CT with a degree in nursing. She loved taking care of her patients, especially children.

Cristina loved to travel to New York City with her mother to go shopping to get her hair and nails done . She also liked to spend time with her friends Danielle and Heather.

Cristina had a smile that could light up the room and a personality that would keep you laughing . She loved to read books. She loved music. Heaven has gained an angel .

Cristina is survived by her father, Joseph A. Congdon, Jr . and mother , Catherine F . Moore and stepfather William S. Moore, Sr . She is also survived by two brothers, Joseph A . Congdon III and William Spencer Moore , Jr. Her Paternal Grandfather Joseph Congdon Cristina is survived by her beloved nieces , Autumn Iris Congdon and Briella Marie Congdon. She is predeceased by her Paternal Grandmother Helen Congdon and her Maternal grandparents Anna and Joseph Ferrera

Funeral services will be held 9 : 00 a . m.-10 : 30 a.m. on Monday, Decembe r 19 , 2016 at D'Angelo Funeral Home , 22 South Main Street i n Middletown , CT . Followed by a mass at St .
