Donald Bidwell Sr. of Meriden Ct. passed away peacefully at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, on January 23, 2020 at the age of 89, just shy of his 90 ^th Birthday. He was born in Southington Ct, and served in the US Army. He was the CEO and owner of

Don served on the Boards of the Environics Inc, Castle Bank , Meriden, Liberty Bank, Middletown CT, The Lyman Farm Incorporated, Middlefield, Middlesex Hospital, Junior Achievement, New Haven Ct The Middletown Foundation For the Arts, Middlesex County, Chamber of Commerce, YMCA of Northern Middlesex County and the United Way of Middletown Ct. Don is survived by his wife of 65 years, Helen: Children, Michael and Donnie, and Grandchildren Blakeslee Lotfi (husband Atila), Taylor Lamb (husband Matt) and Barrett Adams ( Chris Campbell) He is also predeceased by a daughter Anne Bidwell Adams
