Elain Bailey Siena of Durham, Wife of Jeffrey Siena, passed away on Friday, November 17th, 2023 at the age of 59. Elain was Born in Middletown CT to the Late Stanley and Beverly (Walden) Bailey.

Elain went to Coginchaug High School in Durham and was a proud graduate of the Connecticut Culinary Institute. Elain was also a member of the Coginchaug Ancients Drum Corp.

Elain was a loving wife and mother, daughter, daughter in law,  friend and "adopted" mother to all of her daughter's friends and will be dearly missed by all that knew her. She was passionate about her family and would always support them in every endeavor in their lives.

She was always willing to lend a hand to someone in need and was the first person many would call for advice.

In addition to her husband, Elain is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Siena, loving granddog, Mütley Crüe and her In-laws, Michael and Jo-Ann Siena. Elain was predeceased by her loving nephew John Forlini.

Elain leaves behind her eldest nephew David Forlini, many cousins, friends, and extended family members.

Ellie loved spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed going on road trips, working in her garden, doing crafts and cooking. Ellie had an immense love for Hippos, Cows,  Mötley Crüe, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Nora Roberts books, and trying out every new recipe she ever came across.

Ellie was known for being extremely protective of her friends and family and had a magic to her that would light up every room that she ever walked into. Now that her light has gone out, her memory still burns bright in the hearts of all that knew and loved her.

You might've died too young but your memory lives on

But we'll be all together again some day.":

Services will be at D'Angelos Funeral Home on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 12-3PM with a Celebration of Life to follow.
