My beloved husband of 57 years, Frank A. Orr, 81 of Southington CT has passed away Thursday

October 28th after a courageous battle with cancer. His gentle soul was a guiding light whose

smile would melt your heart.

Born in Salford Lancashire England in 1940, he was a true English gentlemen who touched

everyone's heart with his kindness, compassion, wisdom and humor. A man truly loved by all.

He is survived by myself, his loving wife Sylvia of 57 years, his brothers Brian (Mary) of England,

nephew Richard (Susan Marie), niece Susan-Katy and brother Robert and nephew David (Sonia)

of South Africa as well as two grand-nieces Chelsea and Camden. He is remembered and

missed by his many friends especially Susan and Peter Wnek who have been a solid beacon of

strength and support for myself and Frank through the many years of friendship.

He is joined in heaven by his two "children in fur coats", our West Highland White Terriers,

Doogie and Piper!

Frank retired from a 31 year career at General Motors as an engineer in 1995 and then pursued

an enjoyable 20 years as a limo driver with DeSandre Livery.

I shall miss my Frankie for the rest of my days. My sincere love and thanks to all who have been
