James "Jim" Vincenzo Salvatore Morello James Morello, 85 of Middletown passed away on November 8, 2014 after a brief illness, surrounded by family. Jim was born to the late Philomena (Sanzarro) and Sebastiano Morello on May 28, 1929. He was a proud member of the old Center Street neighborhood and its Sicilian roots. Growing up during the Depression Jim shined shoes and did other jobs to help support the family. Jim left school early to enlist in the army in 1947 and served in the Korea War from 1950-52. In his 80's he took to the computer and enjoyed the technology that brought him closer to his hobbies, friends and family. Beside his parents, Jim was predeceased by 2 sisters who died in the Flu Epidemic of 1918 and a brother, Carmelo.
