Lee Dills, 85, of Middletown passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024, with his wife, daughter, son-in-law, grandson and his grandson's wife by his side. He is survived by his wife, Ada (Sciacca) of 63 years, his daughter, Michelle Fazzino and his son-in-law Mark, along with his grandson, Michael Fazzino and his wife Lizzy. Lee was born on July 4, 1939, in Cleveland, TN and eventually made his home in Middletown. He was drafted into the Vietnam War where he was placed in the Transportation Engineering Corp in Virginia. He earned the rank of Sergeant and Sharpshooter. He worked at Pratt and Whitney for many years as a Maintenance Mechanic. Upon retiring, he found great pleasure working at D'Angelo Funeral Home. He loved to play cards with his family and friends. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and family especially to their favorite destination, Aruba. He enjoyed reading Louis L'Amour novels and had a love of fine cars. His life revolved around the tremendous love he had for his family. Friends and family may call at D'Angelo Funeral Home, 22 South Main St., Middletown on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial with Military Honors will be held Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at the State Veterans Cemetery, 517 Bow Lane, Middletown.
