Lucille Marie (Perrin) Aresco, 81, passed away on Nov. 1, 2013 at The Hospital of Central Connecticut surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Meriden, CT the daughter of the late Carleton and Helen (Barry) Perrin. Lucille was a lifelong resident of Middletown graduating from Middletown High School Class of 1951. She loved her years working at the Middlesex Memorial Hospital and her gift of writing and words won her several awards over her lifetime. A believer in Community volunteerism she focused her time and efforts towards the Middletown Democratic Town Committee, Middletown Town Hall, and the Rosary Altar Society of St. Pius XI . Lucille was committed to her faith and attended St. Pius XI Church since 1959 where she was a member of the Rosary Alter Society. Those who knew her will always remember what a Lady she was and how she always loved her time talking to her family and friends. She is predeceased by her two brothers Carl and Charles Perrin and her beloved son Paul Salvatore Aresco. She is survived by her Devoted Husband of 59 years (celebrating their Wedding Anniversary Oct. 30, 2013) Angelo Aresco of Middletown, Daughter and Son-In-Law Beverly (Aresco) and Michael Amato of Hebron, Daughter Amanda Aresco of Vernon, Grandchildren Alysia and Michael Amato of Hebron , David Price and Sydney Avery of Vernon, two sisters, Beverly Ghezzi and Maureen Marchese of Middletown, and several loving nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Weds morning at 10:30 A.M. from the DAngelo Funeral Home 22 South Main st, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. at St. Pius X Church, Westfield St. Burial will be in the family plot in St. Sebastian cemetery, Middlefield. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home weds from 9:30-10:30 A.M.
