Mary Ruth Brodersen (Bonafiglio) Mary Ruth Brodersen, 104, of Westbrook, formerly of Middletown, CT, died peacefully at her daughter's home on Sunday, May 11,2014 (Mother's Day) surrounded by her family. Born on August 3, 1909 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she is predeceased by her late husband Louis M. Brodersen. five sisters and one brother. Mary is survived by a son, Louis Brodersen and wife, Patricia of Bradenton, FL and a daughter, Barbara Colonghi and husband, Frank of Westbrook; Grandchildren: Jeffrey Brodersen and wife, Susan of Glastonbury, Robert Brodersen and wife Tina of Palm Harbor, FL, Todd Colonghi and wife, Carolyn of Clinton, Kelly Colonghi of Westbrook and Scott Colonghi of Old Saybrook; Great-Grandchildren: William and Molly Brodersen, Zachary and Taylor Brodersen, Britney, Kimberly and Cote Young, and several nieces and nephews.
