Nancy Theresa Juraska, aged 84, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2023, in Middletown, CT. She was the beloved wife of the late Adolfas Juraska. Nancy was born on May 2, 1939, in New Haven, CT, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Pasqualina (DiBernardo) DiLauro.
Throughout her working years, Nancy served as a dedicated Real Estate Agent at Century 21 before her well-deserved retirement. She was also a devoted member of St. Pius X Church, where her faith was a central part of her life.
Nancy found immense joy in spending quality time with her family, especially when preparing and sharing family meals. She cherished the tradition of spending summers at the Connecticut shore with her family and beloved young grandchildren. Additionally, she had a great passion for exploring New England through various trips with her son Erick.
Nancy is survived by her two daughters: Lia Toth and her husband, Chip Toth, of New Canaan, CT, and Donna McLarney of Chaplin, CT, as well as her son, Erick Juraska of Middletown, CT. She is also remembered fondly by her brother, Anthony DiLauro (Sharon), of Higganum, CT, and her cherished grandchildren: Thomas and Taylor McLarney, and Stephanie and Matthew Toth.
A Mass of Christian Burial in memory of Nancy Theresa Juraska will be held on Wednesday, October 4, at 10:30 AM at St. Pius X Church in Middletown CT. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday morning before the Mass at 10:00 AM at the church.
