LEONE, RONALD J. Ronald J. Leone,60, of Middletown passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Dec. 28, 2015. He was the son of the late Sebastian and Josephine (Morello) Leone. Ron was a graduate of Xavier High School; He followed in his fathers footsteps and became a carpenter. Ron was a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, Local 24. He had a passion for classic cars and took pride in his 1966 corvette. He looked forward to golfing on Sunday mornings with his brother and his uncle and enjoyed going to dinner with them. Ron will be missed be his family and many friends whose lives he touched. He is survived by his brother Keith Leone of Moodus; sister Jennifer (Leone) Mills of Scarborough, Maine; His uncle Raymond Leone of Haddam; aunt Jane (Leone) Conti of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and his aunt Millie (Morello) Cordone of Middletown. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Sebastian's Church in Middletown at 10;00 a.m. on Thursday, Dec 31 followed by a Christian Burial at St. Sebastian's Cemetery, in Middlefield. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Ron's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
